Painter Joseph Lorusso is not shy about his mood: “I’m having a blast. I know that might sound kitschy, but I’m really having a lot of fun.” The reason, he says, is much of his new work, which debuts March 17 at Overland Gallery of Fine Art in Scottsdale, Arizona.
